Service fees are established at the beginning of each engagement and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. All fees are in Mexican Pesos unless otherwise specified.
Additional government fees, filing costs, and third-party expenses are your responsibility and are not included in our service fees unless explicitly stated.
To the fullest extent permitted by Mexican law, Verio Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Verio Services, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Veracruz, Mexico.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
